Aloha! Well, we have just arrived home from spectacular Maui and we had an absolute blast! What a beautiful island and we know we have only just begun our trips there!

We stayed at the Westin in Ka'anapali, and what a resort it is! It is located on the west side of the island, so we had a beautiful

After enjoying our hotel and the surrounding area, we ventured out to Ho'okipa State Park, one of the best windsurfing and kiteboarding areas in the world. Joey was in heaven and wished he had his kiteboarding gear! What a sight it was t
We also ate at some fabulous restaurants! The specialty at most places is ahi tuna - soooo good!
This was Joey's favorite dessert at the Pineapple Grill in Kapalua - pineapple upside-down cake with macadamia nut ice cream!! Now, I need to recreate that at home, or at least try!
We also went on an amazing dive excursion to Molokini, a small island off the coast of Maui. We saw a handful of sharks, some sea turtles, and hundreds of garden eels! Joey also got to surf with some of the locals while we were there :)
On our last night, we went to a luau at our hotel and what an experience that was! G
We were sad to leave the Magic Isle but we know we will back in the future!
